In this week of 2 November 2022, my team and I make a discussion with the group member. We have a discussion about how to use a blog, and share ideas and topics together. After the discussion, we share information to get the title and decided on our first topic, which is sports well-being among students. We get our opinion about our first topic from the lecturer. The task planning will be given in the next upcoming week.

Objective
In the beginning, we contributed and shared ideas to get a suitable
title for the study. Among the topics that have been discussed before being
chosen to be the subject of our study are:
1. Stats of drug addicts on the east coast.
2. How to be an excellent student.
3. Exercise.
4. How to control sadness.
5. Why the connection between depression and
anxiety.

opinions from the lecturers, we decided to choose the title "How
To Get Students Interested in Exercise".
The Objective
Attract students to exercise
To Identify – The level of students interest in exercise today.
To Study – Learn the causes that make students not
interested in exercise.
To Investigate – Study how to increase students interest in exercise.
